• Master Board member status March 2007 – only nine members of over 3500 Ohio School Board members received Master Board Member status in 2007

• Federal Relations Network – Named one of two representatives to the Ohio Second congressional district to serve as a liaison to our congress person 2006, 2007

Promises Made - Promises delivered

As a member of the Forest Hills Board of Education over the past 4 years, I promised to:

• Bring the board back together as a working unit - board members, superintendent and treasurer agree, the board is back to working together again

• Work for Fiscal Responsibility - passed a reasonable levy to keep the District solvent

• Develop a 10 year capital plan - Vision 2010 and the Facilities Review committees resulted in  recommendations to the board to make critical facility repairs, replacements and upgrades

• Work more closely with our state legislators - we now have regular reports from our State Representative and State Senator. I serve on the State legislative platform committee. I've even met with the Governor in 2006 to work education issues

28 Years of Procter & Gamble training and experience in marketing and business management at the corporate level

• Experience with for new brand ideas and launching new P&G brands - over 20 years
• Currently responsible to develop and manage policy for P&G North American business units
• Experience at managing large budgets
• Trained in Public Relations
• Training and experience at getting diverse groups of people to work together
